Over the last couple of years I’ve been interested in photography as a hobby. Trying to learn was fairly overwhelming at first. Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO, types of cameras, types of lenses, editing, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. I had an older camera that was essentially a point and shoot. The images weren’t bad, but they weren’t good. I blamed the camera, though most of it falls on me.
After some time I’ve become even more passionate and inspired. The best way to learn in my opinion is to do it. I started messing with some editing of older photos I had taken. I began listening to “The Beginners Photography Podcast” and it helped me realize that I didn’t need a hugely expensive professional camera.
